I would have thought the smack with the wall would have been enough of a reminder that passing  in the Porsche Curves isn't the best idea but whatever. Seems like more of a racing incident than causing a collision to me.

I thought it was just a racing incident as well, similar to the Ford GT that just got spun by another 911.

There was space, he went for it - maybe not the best decision, but you’d figure that the retirement would be penalty enough.

It’s been a pretty exciting Le Mans so far . I’m kind of upset that I have to go out tonight instead of getting drunk and watching more Le Mans.

I agree. Thats a fair attempt at a pass. The 911 left the door open.

Anyway, i would appeal the penalty. Thats insult to injury.
